European LGBTI+ Police Association: Senzitizing Law Enforcement for LGBTI+ Equality

The European LGBTI Police Association plays an important role on an international level, as it focuses on delivering LGBTI+ diversity trainings to police academies across Europe. This lecture will be divided into two main parts: the first part being the presentation of the Association’s work, ways of networking and the impact it has on members of law enforcement in Europe, while the second part will focus on future networking and the ways of sensitizing and building capacities of police officers in even more European countries, focusing on the Western Balkans and Eastern Europe.
