In this panel, the three speakers, each belonging to a certain generation of activists, will talk about the beginnings of LGBTI+ activism in Turkey, how it has developed and what the current situation looks like regarding student clubs in universities organizing pride weeks, while regular pride activities are being banned by the government. This event will include the beginning, progress, process, resilience and the current situation in Turkey.
