This panel discussion will be dedicated to sharing experiences and comparing the situations in countries across Europe when it comes to the legal protection of intersex persons, with the focus of abolishing surgical interventions on intersex babies and children, drafting mechanisms for legal protection against the discrimination of intersex persons, and advocating for the legal recognition of gender-neutral documents for intersex and non-binary people.
