Do institutions of progressive European countries tackle discrimination differently than those in the Balkans? What are the differences regarding legal and practical mechanisms that these countries use? How do the institutions of Commissioners for Equality function? What are mutually beneficial lessons that these institutions can give to each other? During this panel, the Commissioners for Equality from Norway, Montenegro, Albania and Serbia will discuss the above mentioned questions, and many more.
